The A4Corridor provides multi-modal transport access — motorway, national road, rail, and air. A facility at this location can serve European markets by road within one day and access major ports for intercontinental freight.
The A4 is Poland's primary east-west motorway, running from the German border at Zgorzelec through Wrocław, Opole, Katowice, and Kraków to the Ukrainian border. The corridor has direct motorway access, connecting to the European motorway network without routing through urban areas.
The DK94 runs parallel to the A4, providing secondary road access and local connectivity. The road is undergoing reconstruction (ZRID obtained) and a new 11 km bypass around Oława is in environmental review — both improvements directly serving the corridor.

The corridor's central European position means that all major Western and Central European markets are reachable within a single day's drive. This supports just-in-time delivery models and reduces the need for distributed warehousing.
The corridor is served by two railway stations, providing both passenger and freight rail access:
The main railway station for the area, offering Intercity and POLREGIO services. Passenger trains reach Wrocław Główny in 15 minutes. The station is undergoing a €4M renovation. Rail freight connections through the national rail network provide access to Polish and European logistics corridors.
Opened in June 2025, this newly constructed station demonstrates active infrastructure expansion in the area. It provides additional rail access points for the western part of the corridor, reducing commute times for employees in surrounding communities.
Approximately 35 km from the plots. Wrocław Copernicus Airport offers domestic flights to Warsaw and international connections to major European hubs. Suitable for business travel, visiting clients, and air freight for high-value components.
For intercontinental freight, Poland's ports provide access to global shipping routes. Gdańsk (Baltic Sea) is 500 km north. Hamburg (Germany) is 600 km northwest. Szczecin (Baltic Sea) is 400 km north. Rail freight connections to all three ports are available through the national rail network.
