The Polish government and EU are investing €355M+ in infrastructure projects converging on this corridor. Roads, rail, energy grid, and flood protection — all currently in progress. This is infrastructure the buyer receives without funding.
A 4.3 km bypass with two bridges over the Odra and Oława rivers, connecting DK94 near Stanowice to DW396 west of the city. Five roundabouts. The single largest road project in the corridor.
Full reconstruction of the DK94 national road to 11.5t/axle standard with pedestrian-cycling path and lighting. This road runs parallel to the A4 and provides secondary access to the corridor.
Southern variant selected. An 11-kilometer bypass routing national road traffic around the city of Oława. Reduces congestion and improves freight transit times through the corridor.
Expansion of approximately 60 km of national road to 2x2 dual carriageway standard, connecting the corridor westward toward Lubin and the copper mining region.
New 3-lane A4 south of Wrocław, bypassing the current route through congested urban areas. Variant 2.1 approved. The existing A4 becomes a local road, potentially increasing western accessibility to the corridor.
Major modernization and expansion of the Jelcz military vehicle manufacturing facility within the corridor. Part of Poland's €43.7B SAFE defense program. This investment anchors a growing defense supply chain in the area.
Expansion of the Tauron R-186 electrical substation, adding 30 megawatts of capacity to the local grid. This directly supports industrial power requirements for manufacturing operations in the corridor.
Part of a €232M EU-funded flood protection modernization package for the region. Upgrades to the polder system provide enhanced flood management for the entire corridor area.
Two projects totaling 10.6 km: DW396 Oława-Janków (4 km, €4.6M with bridge reconstruction) and DW455 Oława-Jelcz-Laskowice (6.6 km, €4.3M with bridge work).
Construction of a new viaduct improving road-rail crossing in the corridor. Eliminates a bottleneck for freight and commuter traffic.
Full renovation: facade restoration, historic windows and canopy, barrier-free access, restored entrance hall with waiting room. Part of the Government Railway Station Program.
A newly constructed railway station, opened June 2025. Its completion is evidence that the city of Oława is actively investing in infrastructure expansion and public transport accessibility.
Total: €355M+ in 12 confirmed projects. This infrastructure is publicly funded — the buyer benefits without contributing to its cost. Each project individually improves the operational environment for manufacturing and logistics in the corridor.
Detailed timelines, project maps, and completion schedules for all 12 infrastructure projects.
